Well it’s been a long time since I updated this website and I’m starting the process again today. The children are away with the Grand parents and that means I have a couple of weeks to focus on Gym and food. The two weeks should allow me to get into groove where I can then just plug away and watch the scales.
I’m going to the USA in December – need to be comforatable on the plane
