Well after a few weeks of looking at the screen of my iPhone and seeing tons of dust I made an appointment at the Apple store to get it sorted. I arrived at the correct time, was shown to a consultant and sat down to chat about the problem.
The apple staff member, who was excellent, picked up my phone and commented that it was rather dusty and walked off with it. After a few minutes he returned with a replacement and sorted everything there and then. I’m just amazed at the customer service provided, that’s why I love their products. Even the wife made a comment that she would have a iPhone when her contract runs out.
After you purchase an Apple product the company is behind you … and the after care is just incredible.
