- Warm up on the bike for 10 minutes – heart rate controlled to 140
- Stretch for Weights
- Chest Press – 3×15 sets
- Peck Deck – 3×15 sets
- Leg Extensions – 3×15 sets
- Shoulder Pulldowns – 3×15 sets
- Assisted Ab Crunch – 3×25 sets
- Seated Row – 3×15 sets
- Leg Curls – 3×15 sets
- Arm Curls (or preacher) – 3×15 sets
- Tricep Press – 3×15 sets
- Arobic Bike for 30 minutes – heart rate controlled to 154
- Stretch Out
